Our Story

Powered by tech smarts, driven by a mom’s heart.

Between building AI products and planning weekly menus, I’ve learned that planning is easy—until you’re planning for real people with real needs. My husband and I are both techies—working in the fast-paced realm of automation, AI, and Machine Learning. At home, my biggest challenge was not machine intelligence—it was meal intelligence. Specifically, figuring out how to keep our family  thriving in a world full of processed shortcuts and food confusion.

I’ve always leaned toward a healthy lifestyle, cooking homemade meals from breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner six days a week. But even as I ticked all the boxes—organic, whole foods, calorie-conscious recipes, 10k steps a day, strength training—I wasn't losing the weight and I felt drained. Eventually, I realized that it had to be something deeper. I began to understand the critical role of protein, fiber, and most surprisingly, inflammation. Some foods I had long considered “healthy” were actually triggering hidden inflammation in my body. With small, smart swaps and a deeper understanding of what worked for me, I began to feel a real shift—more energy, better digestion, and a lighter, clearer self.

Meal-Craft was born from that journey—and from one core truth: moms are often the last to be cared for, even when they’re the ones feeding everyone else.

That realization hit home. After planning and prepping meals for the whole family, there’s often no time or energy left to prepare something that actually meets our needs. I felt that constantly. And I knew I wasn’t alone.

That’s why I started Meal-Craft—to help lighten that invisible load.

And yes—our kid-friendly options are the same balanced meals I serve my own children to keep them fueled, focused, and full of life. Breakfast is just the beginning.
